Most people don’t want to deal with screaming or running kids while they are trying to enjoy a meal; this is just a fact that parents and non-parents alike can all probably agree on. So, it would seem like those who bring their kids to this restaurant will simply have to abide by the rules.
They can do everything they can to keep their children behaving so that everyone can eat in peace. And then, course, if they don’t behave they’ll be taught a valuable lesson.
