Everyone loves items that are on sale, right? Especially in The Home Depot. However, when an item is on sale for over six months, the company normally takes it off sale so they can get rid of it once and for all.
Rather than selling it for its reduced selling price, workers are asked to “penny out” the item – meaning they believe it to be worth just one cent. While these items are normally removed from the shelf straight away, if you’re quick about it, you could snap up some awesome stuff for just $0.01.
