While most people assume that you can’t haggle in legitimate stores that are part of a huge chain, there are certain instances in The Home Depot where this is totally allowed.
That’s because this store wants its customers to get the best deal – especially if they’re buying damaged goods. Broken items don’t necessarily mean that they aren’t useful, and if you don’t mind damaged goods, then you could haggle with the price and get things at a much lower price. That’s what we like to hear.
