Thankfully, we now live in a world where everything is made for quick and easy eating. Whether it’s fast food, instant noodles or fruit and veg that is already prepared, it means we don’t have to spend hours attempting to cook – and burning – our own noodles, undercooking a chicken burger and giving ourselves salmonella, or tirelessly picking out every single seed in a watermelon. At least, that’s the hope. In reality, this just isn’t the case, and these ‘seedless watermelons’ are just riddled with the seeds. They haven’t even tried to hide this one.
