At first, the man was over the moon. He was going to have a baby, after all! However, as the reality of the situation hit home, his excitement began to wane. He just didn’t understand how his wife could have fallen pregnant, as the doctor had told him that they wouldn’t be able to conceive on their own.
His mind began to whirl, and he began to think of various different scenarios that led to the pregnancy. Had his wife been cheating on him? The more he thought about it, the more he realized that the signs had all been there.
