This chemistry professor has stated he “doesn’t believe in laser pointers” (whatever that means..), so instead he uses a homemade alternative: a fishing pole with a foam finger attached to it.
His students can’t help but start giggling when he uses it with a complete straight face while explaining, for example, resonance stabilization formulas. Well, that’s definitely one way to make this snooze fest of a class a little more exiting for the students!
