This professor lost his laser pointer (or at least said he did). So for the rest of the semester, he instead used this. Of course we can’t know for sure, but we have a feeling he just thought this would be more fun.
Many out there, both young and old, love the Star Wars franchise, so why not take the probably most popular part of the movie into the classroom? Any job will be more fun if you get to pretend you’re a Jedi knight while doing it!
