So, it looks like she certainly had a valid reason to decline the request, but that didn’t stop the man from continuing his pursuit. She clearly stated to him that she had paid extra for the seats, but he ignored her explanation.
He continued to pester the boy, to the point where he was getting more and more uncomfortable. At first, she gave him the benefit of the doubt, but now he was really starting to annoy her.
