Deliberately being selfish or irresponsible is one thing, but some in-flight disasters are honest mistakes. Maybe that burger you ate before you got on the plane isn’t sitting so well with you.
Or, the plane runs into unexpected turbulence, just as you’re bringing that cup of coffee towards your mouth. Let’s face it; accidents happen. Knowing that, however, doesn’t mean you’ll feel any better about making a complete fool yourself in front of so many strangers.
