Unfortunately Chloe and Sandra are far from the only people to have been confronted by strangers in parking lots for similar situations. There are also plenty of people who have received notes on their cars for allegedly parking in spots that they don’t belong in.
Many people have shared their stories and are hopefully teaching others not to judge them unless they know the full story. Obviously if someone is actually breaking the rules, then they deserve to know so.
