There are plenty of people out there who don’t understand why people get so angry when they abuse the parent and child parking spots. However, there are several good reasons that parents need these spots.
The wider spots prevent small children from damaging the cars next to them, and also provide space for parents to buckle their children into the car. The closer spots also prevent parents from having to take their toddlers on long, dangerous walks through the parking lot.
