Because not all countries have these parent-child parking spots, not everyone can relate to this story. One type of parking spot that most countries do have is handicapped or disabled places.
It is actually an offense to park in this spots if someone doesn’t meet the requirements and have proper verifications. Parking here unlawfully can bring on a hefty fine. People also get extremely offended if someone parks there but has no reason to be using these spaces.
