After admitting to having her hair dyed every month and a half for the past 13 years, the salon had another view on who was to blame for Bray’s hair. They denied her claims and said that her hair was in such a bad state because it had been bleached for years.
While Bray’s hair might have been in poor condition, if they knew this beforehand then perhaps they shouldn’t have approached her head with more dye. It was a dispute for the court as both sides were now washing their hands of any responsibility.
