The next time Bray went to the hairdresser, she should have taken what happened as a sign to never return. She once again had them dye her hair, but this time it was not a success. Bray said they began doing her hair wrong and it wasn’t exactly how she wanted it.
She thought it might have been a one-off and gave the salon the benefit of the doubt by letting them fix the issues they had created. Chalking it up to a simple mistake, Bray was happy again once the salon fixed her hair. Because they were quick to correct their error, Bray decided she would use the hairdresser once again, but the next time it happened again.
