When Bray initially agreed on a deal with the hairdresser before the court got involved, they told her they would compensate her. What the hairdresser seemed to mean by that was that they would refund her the cost of her appointment.
Bray wanted them to offer her more money than that, and that’s why she felt the only course of action was to take them to court. She had hoped to make some serious financial gains through the court system but no doubt she was left disappointed with the outcome.
