In defense of his work the salon owner, James Yong, did say that he thought the work they had carried out on Bray was good. He noted that hairdressing is like art because “it’s subjective.” Yong did say that while he thought the hairstyle was good, he could understand that the “client might not like it.”
Bray didn’t like what the salon had done to her and shared a picture showing that two times she left there, she had yellow roots before it began falling out.
