Days later there were still clumps of Bray’s hair falling out, so much so that she said it clogged up the drain in her shower. Bray wrote a letter to the salon explaining what they had done to her and agreed to compensate her for the damage caused.
That compensation never came, so Bray felt it was only right to take the hairdresser to court to hold them accountable. She was left with low self-esteem and the feeling of humiliation because of what happened to her hair.
