During the hearing, Bray felt that the tribunal member judging her case was not taking her seriously. Despite the fact that Bray had shown up to the hearing completely prepared with all of the evidence she could, she believed that the member simply ignored most of it.
She didn’t want to hear about Bray’s humiliation or distress, and simply suggested a shorter haircut. Then, she went on to say that since Bray isn’t a model, she doesn’t really need her hair. Bray felt overlooked and ignored.
