Ms. Buljan did do what she thought was right for Bray in court though. She ruled that Yong’s salon had breached consumer law as they didn’t provide Bray with the skill and due care she should have had.
If the salon knew the possibility of further damaging Bray’s hair, then they should take some responsibility for her hair falling out. For this reason, the salon couldn’t deny their involvement in the damage caused to Bray’s hair, considering their defense was that her hair was damaged before they even touched it.
