The salon that Bray once had faith in was not up to the task of getting her hair how she wanted it. To try and find a quick fix she went to another hairdresser to see if they could do a better job than what her hairstylist had done.
The stylist at the other salon was shocked to hear how Bray had been treated by her hairdresser but was unable to offer her the help she so desperately wanted. Because there was such a big risk of permanently damaging Bray’s hair, the salon was not willing to touch it. They said they didn’t know what the other salon had done so it would have been best to get them to fix it.
