Something that grabbed the researchers’ attention were two bodies they found during their search. But the reality was pretty sinister – it wasn’t the fact that there were two people there that shocked the researchers, but the fact that there were only two. It’s believed that around 40 people lose their life at Niagara Falls every year.
Some of them are due to accidents, while others are people taking their own lives. One body was a man that is thought to have taken his life at the waterfall a few years before. The other body was a woman, but it’s believed that no one has any idea how she got into the water.
