The photos of the drained waterfall allow us to see the rocks that lie at the bottom of Niagara Falls, and this makes it even more difficult to understand why people like Annie Edson Taylor would choose to put themselves in harm’s way.
As if the jagged rocks at the bottom weren’t enough, the height of the Horseshoe stands at a whopping 167-feet high, which is enough to make anyone feel sick. However, it seems as though the people who try and make their way over the Falls aren’t the only ones who like to showcase their daring personalities.
